You will lead a team of welders in a fast-paced rack manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring quality, safety, and productivity in daily production while mentoring team members and coordinating workflow.At ORBIS, we prioritize our employees’ well-being and satisfaction.

After 30 days of employment, you’ll be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package that includes:* Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance* 401K with Company Match* Annual Incentive Plan* And much more!We also provide a safe work environment and a family-friendly work schedule, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.**Starting wage is $22.00 or more depending on experience with a $1.00 shift differential**## **Key Responsibilities:*** Lead a team of welders and fabricators.* Assign tasks and monitor progress to meet production goals.* Interpret and execute weld blueprints* Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with standards.* Collaborate with other departments to resolve production issues.* Maintain a safe and organized work environment.* Train and mentor team members to improve skills and performance.## ## **Qualifications:*** High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred.* 3–5 years of welding experience in a manufacturing setting.* Proficient in MIG welding* Previous rack production preferred* Ability to read blueprints.* Excellent communication and organizational skills.* Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in physically demanding conditions.## ## **Work Environment:*** Manufacturing floor with exposure to heat, noise, and welding fumes.* Use of PPE required (helmet, gloves, safety glasses, steel-toe boots).* May involve working at heights**Shift Schedule:*** 2:30p-11p**Two companies, one vision.**Menasha Corporation consists of two companies that are leading the way to a sustainable future with packaging and supply chain solutions.
