Production Associate
to join our team in Foreston, Minnesota. In this role, you will assemble components, feed sanders, work with machinery, and apply glue. You will be balancing, stooping, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, and performing repetitive motions. Monday to Thursday 5:00am to 3:30pm Starting wage is $17.00 per hour. Experienced candidates may be eligible for a higher hourly rate. What Success Looks Like
Monitors product constantly to ensure quality standards are met Maintains the work area in a neat and orderly condition in compliance with 5S standards Follows safety procedures and guidelines; notifies others of existing or potential safety issues Observes operation of machinery and notifies others of malfunctions and maintenance needs Assists in other work areas when workload permits Promotes teamwork by cooperating and supporting co-workers Completes all documentation, such as production reports Assembles various components based on customer specifications and quality standards Performs repetitive work requiring high levels of concentration Displays a positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow What You Bring
