Coordinate job duties and delegate tasks to construction workers and sub-contractors. Work closely with construction managers, estimators and internal departments to ensure jobs are completed on time. Lead and help train junior crew members. Travel out of town as required by workload and customer needs. Site hours may vary and are not limited to a typical 8-5 shift. Monitor and maintain schedules for workers and sub-contractors; assign tasks based on skills, ensure installation requirements are followed accurately and efficiently. Ensure all safe work practices and housekeeping are followed at all times. Brief crew members on daily tasks, track rental equipment, material needs and usage, monitor labor and sub-contractor costs to maintain project budgets. Verify task accuracy and compliance with codes, project specifications and manufacturer requirements. Document daily activities, materials used, testing, inspections and visitor logs. Maintain positive working relationships with crew members, vendors, suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure a timely flow of supplies and subcontractor work. Operate heavy equipment and perform tasks related to digging, concreting, framing, pouring, mixing and finishing as needed. Travel to job sites to support project execution. Experience, Competencies and Education

High school diploma/GED 3-5 years construction experience leading crews and managing sub-contractors; Petroleum Construction experience preferred 40-hour OSHA training is a plus Equipment operation experience with skid-steer loaders, mini-excavators and rubber-tire backhoes Detail oriented; self-starter with strong leadership qualities Ability to lift 75–100 lbs and work outside in all weather conditions Benefits
