Overview

Are you an experienced CNC Miller with strong programming and setting skills? Do you have expertise in 3, 4, and 5-axis machining and the ability to work independently from drawing to finished part? If so, we want to hear from you. This is your opportunity to join a precision engineering team working on an exciting new development project. You'll be based at a modern manufacturing facility, producing high-quality, close-tolerance components using advanced horizontal and vertical machining centres. As a Skilled CNC Miller, you will be responsible for programming, setting, and producing parts to the highest standards, while contributing to a collaborative and multi-skilled team environment.

Responsibilities

Programme and set CNC horizontal and vertical machining centres, including 5-axis operations. Work from engineering drawings to produce parts efficiently and to close tolerances. Design and implement effective fixtures and work-holding solutions. Ensure all machining processes are operator-friendly and repeatable. Work independently on projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. Maintain a high level of workmanship and compliance with company quality standards. Qualifications

Time-served CNC Miller with proven programming and setting experience, ideally on Doosan machines. Proficient in Fanuc controls, with CAD/CAM experience (Desirable). Strong knowledge of materials, tooling, cutting speeds, and feeds. Experience in 3, 4, and 5-axis horizontal and vertical milling. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment. Flexible approach with a positive, problem-solving mindset. Benefits / What you can expect
