Assist customers with servicing, repairs, and explaining each service needed Understand customer requirements and concerns, matching them to appropriate service options Explain services being performed and keep customers informed throughout the process Stay updated on new products, features, accessories, and attend training as required Maintain a follow-up system to support repeat and referral business and ensure customer satisfaction Hire and supervise all service department personnel, monitoring their performance Set goals and objectives for the department, including an annual operating budget and marketing plan Maintain a high Customer Service Index (CSI) rating by promptly addressing customer complaints Qualifications
