Travel RN - Tele/ACT (Nights)

Position:*CHS Travel Registered Nurse (RN) / Telemetry Advanced Cardiac Therapy (ACT) (7P-7A) Position Information: Advanced Cardiac Therapy Unit. Primary patient populations are Heart Failure patients or patients with cardiac primary diagnosis (NSTEM, STEMI, s/p Watchman or Cath Procedures, New onset A-fib, A-fib w/ RVR). Manage cardiac drips (Amiodarone, Cardizem, Milrinone, Dobutamine, Heparin) and IV pushes of Metoprolol, Lopressor, Digoxin, Cardizem, etc). MS/Tele patients with cardiac history. Duration:13 weeks Shift:Nights 7p-7a, every other weekend (Fri &Sat),no call, option for block scheduling. Holidays required. GH:72 Bi-weekly Certifications required:ACLS / BLS REQUIRED Ratio:1:4 or 1:5 but no more than 1:6 RTO:maximum 1 week. Preferred experience/skills:Telemetry Knowledge (Rhythm Interpretation) Years of experience required:1-2 years MS/Tele experience Number of beds in unit:24 Float departments:Neuro Science, MS4B, MS3C, NSP4A, Tele 5A, Tele 5B, ED Holds, Oncology Dept scrub color:Navy Blue EMR:Cerner
