Dental Assistant

Qualifications: 2–3 years of dental assisting experience preferred; training available for the right candidate Experience with Dentrix and iTero software is a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Positive attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Schedule: Monday & Thursday: 6:45 AM – 4:30 PM Tuesday & Wednesday: 7:45 AM – 6:30 PM Full-time, consistent hours Why Join Heartland Dental? Minimum Qualifications: Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology Experience in fast-paced, customer-focused settings Dental assistant and x-ray certification (if required by state) Excellent communication and organization skills Ability to protect patient information and comply with HIPAA Preferred Experience: Over 1 year of dental experience Experience with Dentrix or similar software Dental assisting certification Physical Requirements: Ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodations Prolonged sitting and standing Lift and carry up to 45 pounds Availability for periodic training sessions TB test required prior to employment (except in FL & TN) About Heartland Dental We support over 3,000 dental offices nationwide, promoting autonomy and delivering high-quality care in diverse communities.
