As a Trauma Associate Sales Representative, you will support the Trauma Sales team within an assigned territory, handling installations, troubleshooting, maintenance, demo inventory setup, and customer in-service. Responsibilities may include transporting customer inventory between accounts and covering surgical cases for sales reps within certain accounts. You will study technical information and surgical procedures in the Trauma Orthopaedics product portfolio, specializing in solutions for internal and external fixation to restore function quickly and effectively. The territory you support will manage a 24/7 call rotation within the team. What will you need to be successful?

Your success relies on your technical expertise in Trauma Orthopaedics and your ability to build positive relationships with surgeons and hospital personnel, assisting and training them on product use and care. You will support the Sales Representative in generating revenue and meeting/exceeding the territory’s quota. Self-motivated salespeople who can learn technical information related to Trauma Orthopaedic surgery and support customers with the best solutions. Results-driven champions passionate about increasing sales revenue and impacting patient outcomes. Resourceful consultants committed to becoming proficient in Trauma Orthopaedics and providing technical support to meet customer and patient needs. Collaborative teammates dedicated to supporting a 24/7 on-call schedule within the territory. What will you need?

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Minimum two years of sales experience Preferred experience in healthcare, especially selling orthopedic products or as an EMT/Paramedic, Surgical Technician, Sterile Processing Technician, Operating Room Aide, or athletic trainer Proven track record in sales/converting business at surgeon or hospital level preferred Experience leading or mentoring team members Travel Requirements:

within the territory with 2-4 overnights a month; infrequent national travel for events and conferences. All field sales professionals must complete our credentialing process, which often includes COVID-19 vaccination management. You. Unlimited.
