THE WORK:
You will support and manage change processes for capital construction projects.
You will collaborate with cost and change teams to review and implement proposed changes.
You will maintain and track project change logs, ensuring alignment with leadership and SMEs.
You will assist in developing and improving project control procedures and delivery solutions.
You will participate in regular change management meetings and report key updates to leadership.
You will audit and validate changes to ensure compliance with contracts and project standards.
You will coordinate with project controls to integrate approved changes into cost forecasts and schedules.
You will handle client requests for reports, process improvements, and standardization efforts.
You will use Microsoft tools and OMEGA 360 to manage documentation and project workflows.
You will build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and remain flexible in a dynamic environment.
You will work onsite near Raleigh, NC (remote or hybrid work not available).
Onsite at client site : The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.
With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Associate’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field – or 4 years of equivalent/relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.
Minimum 2 years of capital project controls experience on process industry projects (Life Science, Pharma, BioPharma, or major construction projects) valued at $100M or more.
Direct, hands‑on experience in project controls (cost, change, or schedule management).
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
4+ years of capital project controls experience within life science manufacturing or manufacturing construction environments.
Project controls experience specifically within an engineering firm setting.
$60,000 - $100,000 a year
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Ohio or Washington as set forth below.
