HVAC Controls Technician

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Controls Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot building automation systems (BAS) for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal system performance, energy efficiency, and occupant comfort in commercial or industrial facilities. Install, configure, and calibrate HVAC control systems, including thermostats, sensors, and controllers. Program and/or troubleshoot BAS using platforms like BACnet, Modbus, or proprietary software. Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on control systems and HVAC equipment. Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals. Collaborate with clients and facility managers to address system issues and optimize performance. Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes. High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in HVAC or controls preferred. 2+ years of experience with HVAC control systems or building automation. Familiarity with Tridium, Siemens, Johnson Controls is preferred. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and HVAC components. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
