LPN Job in Gallatin, TN We are hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team in Gallatin. This role is ideal for an LPN looking to work in youth behavioral health, juvenile care, or residential treatment. You’ll be responsible for providing direct nursing care, supporting mental health needs, and helping stabilize youth during intake and assessment. LPN Benefits

Administer medications and monitor for reactions or side effects Conduct intake physical health assessments and screenings Document medical histories and maintain accurate health records Provide basic first aid and support emergency medical situations Collaborate with doctors, nurse practitioners, and behavioral health staff Communicate with guardians, case managers, and outside agencies Ensure compliance with state health regulations and treatment protocols Required Qualifications
Active LPN license in Tennessee Current CPR/BLS certification Ability to pass background check and drug screen Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills Willingness to work with youth in challenging situations Preferred Experience
1+ years working in behavioral health, pediatrics, or juvenile residential care Experience with trauma-informed care and crisis intervention Familiarity with EMR systems and documentation standards Other Requirements
Physical Demands: Ability to lift/move up to 20 pounds and provide necessary physical services to clients. Must be free of communicable diseases as defined by the state and to the extent that knowledge is attainable under the law. Must be able to transport clients.
