The opportunity
Delaware North Gaming is searching for a full-time Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Wheeling Island Casino in Wheeling, West Virginia. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing repairs and the replacement of facility mechanical, cosmetic, and operational equipment.

What will you do?
Oversees the operation of all electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, services, and equipment
Oversee and schedule the Cleaning Department and assignments
Perform carpentry and painting
Ensure tools and equipment are in working order and keep the maintenance room in neat condition
Conduct inventories and complete paperwork, work orders, and logs
Participate in fire prevention and other life safety programs and report accidents, injuries, and property damage to the supervisor
Operate a motor vehicle when necessary
More about you
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory position
Experience with machinery & metalworking
Must have a general knowledge of the use of simple equipment in building trades
Must be able to plow snow
Pass MVR check and drug screen
Must possess a valid driver’s license
Physical requirements
Manual dexterity sufficient to use hand tools and paint
Ability to stand, crouch, and climb ladders to perform repairs
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
Exposure to outdoor weather conditions in all seasons
Operate motor vehicle when necessary
Pass MVR check and drug screen
Shift details Days Evenings On call Holidays M-F Weekends 8hr shift
