HII Mission Technologies is seeking a Weapons School RTO Specialist to support advanced live-fly and synthetic training environments with the 6th Weapons Squadron at Nellis AFB, Nevada, enabling the development and graduation of elite Weapons Officers through the USAF Weapons School Integration (WSINT) program.
What You Will Do:
Fully integrate with and support the 6th Weapons Squadron’s syllabus and Weapons School Integration (WSINT) execution to train and graduate Weapons Officers. Develop training curriculum, study outlines, and orientation materials used during flight procedures, simulation, and/or flight training focused on fighter integration and advanced tactics. Conduct instructional sessions, briefings, and proficiency checks on Air-to-Air and Air-to-Ground Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures; actively support mission debriefs to maximize student learning. Evaluate student progress and recommend syllabus advancement or additional training as needed. Review live-fly and simulation scenario design, assessing virtual and live range training effectiveness to optimize student proficiency in accordance with the syllabus. Coordinate utilization schedules for training flight crews and required support assets. What We're Looking For:
3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience. Air-to-Air and/or Air-to-Ground Range Training Officer (RTO) experience. Prior training experience at the Nellis Fighter Weapons School. Experience leading or supporting the development of training curricula. Participation in USAF Green Flag, Red Flag, or comparable Large Force Exercises. Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearance.
