Reporting directly to the General Superintendent, this key leadership role ensures that all phases of construction are executed safely, efficiently, and to Inhance’s standards of excellence. Oversee 2–3 projects totaling approximately 120 units. Supervise subcontractors and vendors across all phases of fieldwork. Maintain relationships with building officials; coordinate jurisdictional inspections. Lead on-site meetings with design teams, engineers, and utility providers. Ensure third-party inspections are scheduled and resolved. Review and approve subcontractor billing; initiate corrective actions if needed. Develop and update construction schedules, sharing them with project stakeholders. Conduct regular safety meetings and enforce safety compliance. Maintain daily reports: manpower, deliveries, inspections, site photos. Ensure timely material delivery and proper on-site storage. Perform site walkthroughs, create punch lists, and oversee final quality control. Collaborate on risk identification and problem-solving with the PM. Coordinate turnover process with property management. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred). Minimum 5 years of field experience in multifamily construction. OSHA 30 Certification and CPR/First Aid required. Proficient in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel; Procore experience is a plus. Strong working knowledge of building codes and rough trades. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Spanish fluency is a plus.
