As a
Business Development Manager
at duotec, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence, breaking into new markets and driving forward innovative projects that will transform tomorrow's world. Your responsibilities include acquiring new customers in the E²MS/EMS+/ODM sectors and negotiating contracts to establish long-term relationships. Your expertise in assembly and interconnection technology, coupled with your interest in cutting-edge technologies such as quantum sensing, makes you the ideal candidate. Your Tasks
Responsible for the duotec manufacturing and development site in new customer business Planning and conducting visits to new customers Entering RFQs into the organization and subsequently finalizing offers Drafting, negotiating, and concluding contracts for business initiation and execution Generating interest and qualifying leads from networks as well as segment research Independent documentation of all activities in the CRM Your Profile
Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering or a comparable qualification Extensive experience in technical sales, ideally with a focus on E²MS/ODM Comprehensive expertise in assembly and interconnection technology, particularly Chip on Board and hybrid technology in electronics manufacturing (EMS+) Strong interest in new disruptive technologies such as quantum sensing, innovative sensor technologies for force and pressure, electronic smelling with carbon nanotubes Goal-oriented and reliable team player with high commitment, strong sales mentality, and excellent communication skills.
