Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing*** Lead daily operations of the aggregates plant to ensure safe and efficient production* Supervise and support plant personnel to meet performance and quality goals* Monitor equipment and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime* Track production metrics and implement process improvements* Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations**What Are We Looking For*** Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a production environment* Strong understanding of aggregate plant operations and equipment* Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement* Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills* Clear and professional communication with all levels of the organization**Work Environment*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.**What We Offer*** Competitive base salary $75,300-$100,393 and participation in our annual incentive plan* 401(k) retirement savings plan with an automatic company contribution as well as matching contributions* Highly competitive benefits programs, including:
