Elemica’s Product Managers are integral to our success and serve as trusted, dedicated advisors. Key to this role is being able to lead the full product lifecycle for our supply chain technology solutions: drive product strategy, roadmap execution, and market alignment to support revenue growth. What You’ll Do

Product Strategy & Roadmap

: Define market requirements, prioritize initiatives, and manage trade-offs across customer experience and system performance Lifecycle Management:

Oversee ideation, development, launch, and optimization of products Market & Customer Insights:

Conduct research, analyze data, and engage with customers to inform product decisions Cross-Functional Leadership:

Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, marketing, and sales to ensure timely and high-quality delivery Go-to-Market Function:

Develop positioning, pricing, and enablement materials; coordinate launch plans and internal training Performance Monitoring

: Track adoption, revenue, and user engagement, drive continuous improvement Team Development:

Mentor analysts and contribute to process improvement and accountability What You'll Need

5–7 years in product management for B2B SaaS, ideally in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing Proven success in launching enterprise software and managing full product lifecycle Familiarity with Agile practices and P&L ownership Leadership & Communication: Ability to lead teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences Technical & Domain Expertise: Knowledge of supply chain processes (order-to-invoice, procure-to-pay, transportation & logistics), ERP systems (SAP), and integration technologies (EDI/XML, API, RPA, intelligent document extraction) Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Pendo; advanced Excel skills Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Highly analytical with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences Strong industry knowledge and customer engagement experience to shape product strategy and identify market needs Passion for problem-solving, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions Capable of operating at both strategic (growth initiatives, change management) and tactical (data analysis, problem resolution, team leadership) levels Must respond to client requests with empathy, compassion, strategic advisement, and rapidity Desire to work with a collaborative global team with teams in the USA, Germany, UK, Netherlands, and India Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field required MBA or financial analysis experience preferred Who We Are
