Overview
Aptitude for maintenance and customer service is required for the role of Apartment Maintenance Technician at WPM Real Estate Management. The position is based at Twin Ridge Apartments, Baltimore, MD. Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and maintain HVAC systems Perform general plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs Complete drywall installation, finishing, and painting Maintain and repair appliances Prepare apartments for move-in (turns) Keep property grounds safe and well-maintained, including snow removal as needed Participate in on-call emergency rotation Qualifications
3–5 years of residential or multi-family maintenance experience High school diploma or equivalent HVAC or CFC certification strongly preferred Strong skills in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry Ability to climb ladders up to 85 ft Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills Schedule and Compensation
Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM On-call availability required (rotating evenings, weekends, and holidays) From $20/hour (based on experience) + phone allowance Benefits
