Project set-up including: project hand-off with the salesperson, creation and maintenance of comprehensive project documentation, and budget setup in the accounting software Track project schedule milestones: contract due dates, submittal dates, operation and maintenance manual due dates, equipment ship dates, startup coordination, and warranty tracking Manage relationships with Vendors, Contractors, Engineers, and Owners, including teleconferences and occasional jobsite meetings Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs including change orders and RFIs Coordinate internal and third-party resources throughout project execution Create purchase orders for equipment vendors Track open items to ensure tasks are completed Handle multiple projects with competing demands Review engineering submittals for scope of supply accuracy Escalate critical project issues to management as needed Review incoming vendor invoices for accuracy Qualifications
Excellent organizational skills Strong time management skills Self-motivation and personal accountability Ability to learn and improve processes and tools Ability to work in a team-oriented environment Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Proficient in Microsoft Office Knowledge/experience with rotating equipment (pumps, mixers, blowers) is preferred Knowledge/experience with municipal water/wastewater process equipment is preferred Experience working in a professional office setting Customer service experience Additional Information
