Main Accountabilities Follow-up and gather information on shipments to be executed, including vessel selection and confirmation from the Business Team. Perform vessel screening to ensure compliance with Bunge Global guidelines, including review of reports, vessel certificates, and availability of charter agreements. Gather contract information related to nominated vessels from the Business Team. Reconcile trader’s spreadsheets with system records for allocated contracts. Update vessel nomination details to Sellers and Buyers (counterparties). Ensure vessel agents are screened and onboarded in the TPRM system of Bunge Compliance team. Prepare and issue cargo stowage plans. Coordinate with the Business Team to nominate surveyors and load port agents. Monitor loading/discharge operations and coordinate with surveyors and port agents. Provide regular vessel status updates to Buyers. Maintain vessel master status files. Create and nominate purchase/sales contracts in SAP, and execute & settle these contracts timely. Guide co-workers on document preparation for vessel execution and submission. Receive freight and purchase invoices, forwarding them to the Finance team for processing. Perform Month-End Checks and resolve accounting queries within deadlines. Forward debit/credit note requests for processing with necessary approvals. Knowledge and Skills Behavior

• Good knowledge of shipment concepts, procedures, and related guidelines, including expertise in Letters of Credit and shipping documents. • Ability to provide high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders. • Ability to work independently, efficiently, and deliver high-quality outputs under time pressure. • Attention to detail with figures. • Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of European languages is an advantage. • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. • Experience managing people and processes through change. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP systems. Education & Experience • 7-8 years of relevant work experience in a similar role. • Experience handling bulk, break-bulk, and container shipments of agricultural commodities, with knowledge of GAFTA and NAEGA contracts rules. • Minimum graduation; post-graduation or MBA in International Business is an advantage.
