As a Shift Manager at a McDonald’s franchise restaurant, you will lead shift operations and ensure a fast, accurate, friendly experience for customers.
Responsibilities
Managers lead shifts every week, providing leadership to crew and other managers to ensure high quality, service, and cleanliness for customers. Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, including planning for each shift, monitoring performance, taking action to meet standards, monitoring safety and security, and communicating with the next Shift Manager. Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Qualifications
Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Must be 18 years or older. Legal Notice
