The Role As

Business Development Manager (North America) , you’ll lead institutional engagement and capital‑growth strategies across the region — connecting with funds, family offices, venture firms, and high‑net‑worth investors to accelerate adoption of next‑generation DeFi solutions.

You’ll collaborate with global leadership to shape commercial strategy, close high‑value partnerships, and deliver measurable business growth in a fast‑moving market.

What You’ll Do

Lead capital‑raising and partnership initiatives across North America.

Represent the organisation to institutional investors and UHNW clients.

Develop tailored financial and digital‑asset solutions that drive adoption.

Work closely with the SDR and BD teams to optimise lead generation.

Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events.

Analyse trends, competitors, and regulation to inform market strategy.

What You’ll Bring

4–7 years’ business‑development experience in financial services, fintech, or digital assets.

Proven record engaging institutional clients in TradFi and DeFi sectors.

Strong understanding of capital markets, fundraising, and partnerships.

Excellent communication, relationship‑management, and negotiation skills.

Motivated, self‑driven, and comfortable operating in a remote, fast‑paced environment.
