Job Description We are seeking an experienced Enablement Program Manager to join our growing Academy team under the Global Head of Technical Enablement. The successful candidate will oversee enablement programs for all technical functions in our AMS, EMEA and APAC regions, as well as all internal industry, technology, and product education. They will have experience either in tech, sales, event, enablement, and/or program management, excellent communication skills and a passion for Learning & Development.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Oversee technical enablement programs for technical roles and technical managers globally, including design, creation and delivery such programs.
Manage ongoing enablement and rhythm of business for technical roles such as Tech Managers, Cyber Infrastructure Engineers, Solutions Engineers, and others via Instructor‑Led, eLearning training, and other formats.
Ensure outreach of enablement across regions with different languages.
Manage technical certification programs.
Lead end‑to‑end program execution, collaborating with cross‑functional teams including R&D, Product, Marketing, Specialists, etc. to align on deliverables and timelines.
Work with senior stakeholders across the business and Academy team to capture training requirements and translate them into action plans.
Strategize with the head of technical enablement on rhythm of business.
Execute required training for all technical teams.
Perform analysis and communicate findings to stakeholders and leadership.
Analyze technical skills & knowledge gaps.
Analyze learning completion and feedback to support continuous improvement.
Build, maintain, and share technical enablement reports with executive‑level stakeholders for performance and auditing purposes.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years relevant experience in Information Technology, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Cloud Security, Program Management, Learning and Development, or Event Management; OR Master’s degree and 2+ years relevant experience; OR equivalent experience.
Proven track record as a project and/or program manager, preferably in technological or sales industries.
Efficient collaboration skills with the ability to work in a dynamic/agile environment.
Experience using Learning Management Systems (e.g., Mindtickle) and enablement tools (e.g., Articulate 360).
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with the full cybersecurity stack and attack methodologies.
Strong analytical skills for effective problem‑solving and decision‑making.
Proficiency in technical language with the ability to simplify complex concepts for varied audiences.
Ability to operate independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborate within a fast‑paced, innovative team.
Fluency in English; other languages desirable but not essential.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Passion for staying updated with the latest cybersecurity trends and a willingness to continuously develop your skillset.
Compensation We are able to offer $115k-$160k on the base. The overall offer will be determined on location and years of experience.
