Serve as the
strategic partner and advisor
for a portfolio of clients — understanding their goals, challenges, and opportunities across all marketing channels. Develop
data-informed strategies
that integrate digital advertising, content marketing, SEO, social media, email, and creative assets to meet client KPIs. Collaborate closely with creative, digital, and account teams to ensure campaigns are aligned, effective, and on-brand. Keep your finger on the pulse of
industry trends , emerging platforms, and creative innovations — and use that insight to inform your recommendations. Analyze campaign performance and translate data into
clear, actionable insights
that clients can understand and get excited about. Lead strategic discussions and brainstorms that challenge assumptions and inspire bold, effective ideas. Stay proactive — identifying new opportunities to grow your clients’ reach, engagement, and ROI. Who You Are

3–5 years of marketing strategy or account management experience (agency experience preferred). Solid understanding of
marketing channels
(digital ads, social, SEO, email, content, web). Comfort with
data analytics and reporting tools
(Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.). Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills. Experience managing multiple clients or campaigns at once. Familiarity with creative production and campaign execution processes. Success Looks Like
