Interpret, apply, and implement regulations and guidance. Share knowledge and experience with peers and cross-functional teams. Maintain solid knowledge of Regulatory Agency organizations. Apply knowledge and experience to increasingly complex regulatory issues. Represent interests at trade association and Regulatory Agency meetings while remaining competitive. Assess the impact of compliance with regulations, laws, and industry policies. Proactively manage and communicate issues, scope, progress, and risks throughout the project lifecycle, keeping stakeholders informed. Understand stakeholder timelines and objectives. Develop and communicate submission strategies for the project team, including strategies for mergers, acquisitions, or third-party licenses. Oversee the preparation, review, approval, and dispatch of regulatory submissions. Coordinate responses to Regulatory agency questions. Utilize Microsoft Office programs and relevant systems to deliver project strategies. Use online resources and programs to navigate external agency and trade association websites. Author and review complex departmental SOPs and work practices.
