The Product Manager (PM) will be responsible for developing automotive aftermarket product strategies for their assigned lines, including new product development, product marketing, new product introductions, market research, and OE research. You will partner with other internal departments in engineering, design/development, and testing of new products. Responsibilities include: Act as a category expert in your product categories Define new product initiatives while optimizing the ongoing product line for maximum profitability Define and develop 1-3 year product portfolio roadmaps Deliver product introductions on time and within budget for assigned product lines Develop and drive brand, product, and line strategy Work closely with the pricing department on new product introductions to achieve planned market position and gross margin targets Identify and develop new product opportunities Collaborate with cross-functional teams through all phases of product design, development, manufacturing, sourcing, and launch Represent the “voice of customer
