Location: Annapolis Junction, MD Responsibilities:

Coordinate TTO tasks with customer organizations at directorate, group, and office levels to implement RMF services. Communicate with clients regarding expectations and goals. Collaborate with Government Program Managers, leadership, Business Financial Managers, Contracting Officers, Contracting Officer Representatives, mission teams, and agency leadership on risk management. Identify risks to organizations, programs, and systems with mission and Government PMs. Develop risk mitigation plans and strategies in collaboration with mission and Government PMs. Coordinate risk management activities, plans, and progress across teams to ensure timely and within-budget delivery. Organize transition efforts with industry partners, leadership, Program Managers, and mission leaders. Serve as the RMF Coordinator Lead for risk management operations. Requirements:

Minimum of 15 years' experience in risk management, process improvement, or project management. Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph. At least 5 years' experience with COTS risk management tools (e.g., Active Risk Manager), data analysis, and automated data management in classified environments. Experience with Agile Scrum methodology. Desirable: 5 years' experience with intelligence community or signals intelligence activities. Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Management, or related fields; or an additional 4 years' relevant experience in lieu of a degree. Compliance with DoD 8570.01-M at IAM Level II or higher. Compensation and Benefits:

The proposed salary range is $240,000 to $260,000, influenced by factors such as location, experience, skills, education, and certifications.
