Key Responsibilities

Contact and qualify marketing leads as sales‑ready.

Set appointments for Regional Reps and support Key Account Reps with account and industry research.

Participate in shadowing seasoned regional and key account representatives.

Leverage prospecting tools, target account lists, and contact information to drive outreach.

Communicate effectively with engineers and manufacturing professionals.

Learn and apply Brighton Science’s sales process.

Qualifications

1+ years of professional sales experience.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Key Goals for a BDR

Use prospecting strategies to lead initial outreach to potential customers.

Identify and understand the needs and challenges of prospective customers.

Determine prospects’ interest and connect them with a Regional Rep.

Increase MQL conversion rate.

Achieve and/or exceed Discovery Meeting KPIs.

Develop selling skills.

Key Activities for a BDR

Set discovery meetings with potential customers and Regional Reps.

Execute multi‑channel outreach campaigns.

Generate interest and enthusiasm for Brighton Science.

Provide focused support for Key Account Managers.

Call, email, and InMail potential prospects.

Information Security / Quality Management System

Understand and comply with all Information Security and Quality Management System policies and procedures.
