Nurse-Family Partnership Supervisor – Youth Development, Inc. (YDI)
Youth Development, Inc. (YDI) is seeking a dedicated
Nurse Supervisor
to lead and support our Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP) program. This role provides leadership, clinical supervision, and operational oversight to ensure high-quality implementation of the NFP model and positive outcomes for families in our community.
Key Responsibilities
Provide reflective supervision, coaching, and support to Nurse Home Visitors.
Oversee program operations, caseload assignments, and data accuracy.
Recruit, onboard, and develop nursing staff.
Lead case conferences, team meetings, and joint home visits.
Build strong partnerships with health care providers and community agencies.
Support community outreach and engagement, including presentations and CAB participation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, 2+ years in maternal/child health, public health, home visiting, or behavioral health nursing, with an active NM RN license (required).
Master’s degree in Nursing (preferred).
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to travel within Bernalillo, Torrance, Sandoval, Valencia, and Rio Arriba counties.
