Selling. All the time. If you want a non-selling office job, this isn’t it. Lead a consistently high-performing team that wants to win. Be a hands-on role model, providing continuous feedback. Motivate the team to achieve and exceed personal, team, and individual membership and retail sales goals. Create a positive culture with team recognition and studio contests. Maintain a friendly environment for guests by greeting, assisting, and responding to customer questions and needs. Proven experience leading a team of at least 10 people to consistently meet or exceed sales and financial goals. Excellent leadership skills; ability to lead a team in an organized and efficient way ensuring operations run smoothly. Open availability required (locations open early and close late, 7 days a week). Ability to identify and problem solve, set expectations and goals, and delegate. Strong verbal and written communications skills. Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence. Excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills.
