Overview
New Product Introduction (NPI) Program Manager at Click Bond is responsible for coordinating and managing the introduction of new aerospace fastener products. Working with management and stakeholders, the role schedules activities, coordinates teams, sets quality control standards, handles budgeting, and ensures the success of new products. Responsibilities
Lead and manage aerospace fastener programs from inception to completion. Develop and maintain program schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Serve as primary point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders. Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of milestones. Collaborate with engineering, sales, manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply chain teams. Ensure compliance with aerospace industry regulations (AS9100, NADCAP). Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders; provide updates. Analyze performance metrics and drive continuous improvement. Report suspicious/hazardous conditions, maintain safety & quality compliance. Qualifications
Strong knowledge of aerospace industry standards and regulations (AS9100, NADCAP). Proven track record managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Aras). Ability to thrive in dynamic, ambiguous environments; self-starter and detail-oriented. Decision-making based on deep analysis; ability to span long-term vision to tactical execution. Must read and write English fluently. Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field; master’s or PMP certification a plus. 2-5 years of program management experience in aerospace or manufacturing; experience with aerospace fasteners highly desirable. Physical Demands
Primarily sedentary work; occasional walking, standing, bending, and carrying items
