Responsibilities
Adheres to Integer's Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.
The Production Supervisor has daily responsibility for providing direct supervision to manufacturing associates, in one or more value streams or departments, to achieve Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and People performance goals. Through strong cross-functional leadership competencies and adherence to Integer Values, you coordinate the alignment of resources and equipment in the most efficient and effective manner to achieve production goals.
Be a leader in manufacturing excellence by supporting the Integer Production System (IPS) and its five focus areas: enterprise alignment, sustained change, standardization, associate engagement, and systems & process optimization.
Build & develop teams by setting objectives, promoting diversity, open communication and trust, mentoring associates, and ensuring quality culture across the team.
Own quality as a standard bearer by adhering to the QMS, facilitating corrective and preventive actions, and contributing to quality KPIs and the journey to 5 Sigma.
Manage by Gemba walks, observations, and questions; execute production plans with planning and customer service teams; apply lean principles to reduce variation and waste.
Audit processes and products (5S, Safety, Quality, Production) to ensure adherence to Integers policies and procedures.
Communicate between shifts and departments to implement best practices, resolve problems, and sustain performance to objectives.
Performs other duties as required.
What a typical day looks like
Manage by Gemba walks and active listening to engage with team members across the site and functions.
Execute production plans in coordination with planning and customer service to meet customer requirements using lean principles.
Audit processes and products to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
Communicate across shifts and departments to implement best practices and sustain performance.
Perform other duties as required.

Quality – Ensure high-quality products by adhering to the QMS and achieving quality KPI targets.
Cost – Drive efficient resource and equipment use and pursue lean initiatives.

People – Promote engagement and handle associate relations issues promptly.
What sets you apart Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (High School diploma/Associates with 5 years of leadership experience).
Minimum Experience
3-5 years in a manufacturing environment with proven Lean Manufacturing experience.
Specialized Knowledge and Skills
Ability to lead, create a coordinated vision, and align the organization on priorities.
Team-oriented leadership with a bias for action and effective communication.
Capacity to prioritize daily activities and focus on critical tasks.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability, and decision-making capability.
Production Supervisor Salary: $75,750- $111,100
3rd Shift Hours: 10:30pm-6:30am
Our total rewards program is designed to attract, retain, and motivate associates to contribute to Integer's success. Our compensation program includes base salary and a cash-based incentive program supporting our pay-for-performance philosophy. We provide a comprehensive benefits package with immediate eligibility including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and adoption benefits. Parental leave is available after one year. Optional employee-paid programs include supplemental life insurance, critical illness, hospital indemnity and accident insurance. Employees are immediately eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan with company matching contributions. We provide 80 hours (10 days) of company designated holidays per year plus an annual allotment of paid time off.
