About KLTV KLTV-TV (ABC), the dominant #1 station in Tyler/Longview, TX, has an immediate opening for a talented, motivated Senior Digital Performance Manager to join our energetic and professional sales team.

Job Summary The Senior Digital Performance Manager is a critical member of our Sales team responsible for spearheading digital product strategy and client success. As a strategic digital thinker, you will make our suite of products and platforms—Google Ads, Meta, GA4, Wide Orbit, OMS—simple, clear, and actionable. You will translate complex digital concepts into business‑ready value that empowers teams and supports client success.

Responsibilities

Act as a subject‑matter expert on KLTV’s digital suite of products, platforms, and attribution tools.

Provide client‑facing teams with strategic guidance, talking points, and best practices to address evolving client needs.

Translate technical product features and performance data into clear, business‑focused value propositions.

Deliver reporting and attribution insights that connect digital activity to ROI and measurable results.

Stay current on digital trends and tools to provide client‑facing teams with the latest industry information.

Support platform access, campaign tracking, and implementation where technical expertise is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in digital media, digital marketing strategy, or client solutions.

Proficiency in, or the ability to quickly learn, Gray systems such as Wide Orbit, OMS, BI Tools and digital platforms (Google Ads, DSPs, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).

Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical and operational information into clear, client‑ready insights.

Skilled at bridging technical detail to business context to help teams position solutions effectively.

Understanding of attribution models, ROI reporting, and performance measurement.

Highly motivated, proactive, and collaborative.
