Lead a dynamic portfolio of environmental projects. Write and review technical reports and proposals. Prepare and deliver marketing presentations. Hire and manage subcontractors. Mentor and train scientific staff and ensure quality work product. Ensure safe performance of project work. Source for new business opportunities. What we’re looking for
BA/BS in Geology or Environmental Studies Certified Groundwater Professional (CGP) or Professional Geologist (PG) license preferred Experience and ability to manage Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) and Property Condition Assessment (PCA) portfolios 5+ years of experience managing hydrocarbon impacted soil and groundwater assessment and remediation projects Stormwater compliance experience preferred 40 Hour HAZWOPER Proficiency with MS Office Ability to manage a dynamic workflow and engage, motivate, and grow dynamic teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and good safety practices Valid driver’s license with good driving history and reliable transportation Salary Range $85,000 - $95,000 DOE Why you’ll love working with us
