The Lead of Global Facilities & Workplace Experience is responsible for creating, managing and continuously improving StubHub’s work environment to support team member productivity, well-being and engagement. This role combines strategic facilities management with a focus on team member experience, ensuring that workplace operations align with organizational goals. Location: Hybrid (3 days in office/2 days remote) – New York, NY or Santa Monica, CA. This role will require quarterly travel. What You'll Do: Lead, coach and manage the performance of the facilities and workplace experience team of office coordinators/administrators and managers across global office locations. Develop a long-term workplace strategy aligned with business growth and hybrid work models. Collaborate with leadership to translate culture into the physical workspace. Track and report on key performance indicators related to facilities and team member experience. Facilities Management:
Oversee the maintenance, safety and efficiency of all global company office locations. Lead global vendor negotiations to secure cost-effective, scalable, and high-quality facilities agreements across diverse regions while balancing local requirements and global standards. Manage vendor relationships for security, cleaning, food services and other workplace operations. Responsible for the development and implementation of organization-wide programs to ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and building regulations. Lead space planning, office moves, and renovations. Develop and manage facilities budgets and forecasts.
Workplace Experience:
Partner with People Experience Resources and IT to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new team members. Create policies and initiatives that foster collaboration and productivity. Monitor workplace satisfaction through feedback loops, driving continuous improvement.
What You've Done: 10+ years of progressive experience in facilities, workplace operations, or corporate real estate, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of building systems, workplace safety, and vendor management. Demonstrated ability to design and deliver exceptional workplace experiences. Excellent leadership, strong communication, and project management skills. Experience managing multi-site operations and budgets. Strategic thinker with a focus on operational excellence. Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability. Customer-service results orientated with a team member-first mindset. Adaptable and innovative in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
