Transition Specialist

Responsibilities: Providing excellent customer service to clients, customers, and team members Photographing items for online estate sale auctions, writing descriptions, and posting online using tablets and electronic devices Professionally packing and unpacking household goods Assisting in household sorting and organizing Preparing homes for liquidation, including online auctions and clean outs Serving as staff for online auction pickups Coordinating and assisting in senior relocations and resettlements Requirements: Professional attitude and demeanor Strong character and integrity Prompt and regular attendance Technical proficiency with smart devices, tablets, and auction apps Excellent communication and written skills Ability to work productively with co-workers and in a team Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Physical ability to stand for long periods, bend, climb, and lift up to 25 lbs. Willing to work in cluttered or dirty environments when needed Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Smartphone access Ability to pass background check Pay & Hours: Starting at $15/hour, with pay increases based on performance. This is a part-time, as-needed position with variable hours, typically from 12 to 30+ hours weekly. We accommodate other commitments, requiring availability for at least 2-3 days from 9 am to 3 pm.
