What You'll Do: Identify, research, and engage prospective customers via outbound calls, emails, and social selling. Educate prospects on the value of POTS Link and its role in critical infrastructure. Collaborate with sales and solutions teams to schedule discovery calls and demos. Develop a deep understanding of our products and target industries to speak confidently. Own your performance and strive to exceed targets. Requirements
Required Skills: Strong work ethic with a goal-oriented mindset. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Confidence in reaching out to new contacts daily. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. Quick learner, adaptable, persistent. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus. Interest in technology and a willingness to grow rapidly. Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. 0–2 years in sales, business development, customer service, or similar fast-paced environment. Experience in outbound prospecting, tech, telecom, or public sector sales is a plus but not required.
