The business administrator will serve in a critical/high-level support role to the Corps Officers by overseeing all fundraising, development, long-range planning, advisory council, operations, and personnel. Will supervise indirect meetings, programs, and events as directed. Responsibilities
Overview: Coordinates all aspects of the Northern Kentucky Corps with advisory council, staff, regional and territorial leadership, and various professional consultants under the direction of the Corps Officers, including: Program design and development with various agencies and community leaders Budgetary oversight Administrative and fiscal responsibilities in the absence of Corps Officers Qualifications
Supervisory experience Associates degree or 3 years of administrative experience required Able to multi-task and meet deadlines Able to work in a team environment Must pass tuberculin skin test Must pass child abuse/neglect screening Must pass criminal records screening Must be 21 years of age Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive a 12-passenger van Must be safety conscious Must be able to read, write, and communicate clearly in English Must have the ability to work and relate well with individuals who possess varying needs Must be able to handle difficult situations/confrontations professionally Must have an understanding of and appreciation for the mission of The Salvation Army The Salvation Army’s Mission Statement:
