Your role
The Business Development Manager is a sales representative who focuses on a multitude of industrial accounts in Flanders. In this role, you will play a key role in: Developing overall market share and generating leads through active prospection to detect new opportunities Promoting and selling key offers with the support of subject matter experts and technology architects Detecting, selecting, prioritizing, and managing major opportunities to focus on Identifying and summarizing client needs in terms of resources to power the Strategic Resource Planning Managing the end-to-end relationship with clients, including contracts, purchase orders, and cash collection Ensuring client satisfaction and client intimacy by creating client power/influence mapping Collaborating with engineering practices on business transformation of accounts while improving Capgemini Engineering's footprint in both contingency and consultancy services Your profile
You hold a Master's degree in Business Management You have minimum 2 years of relevant experience in consulting or business development of services for the industry (preferably as a Sales Account Manager or a Business Manager) You have affinity for technology, product development and production You are customer-centric and know how to work with demanding business stakeholders You apply a structured and straightforward approach to high-tech and complex projects You have strong business drive and acumen You demonstrate strong interpersonal and business management skills You value business growth and people development You are a native Dutch speaker and fluent in English What You Will Love About Working here
