Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm Compensation:
$27 - $30 / hour Licenses/Certifications Required: Boilers EPA CPO Responsibilities include: Perform skilled building maintenance and repairs (sinks, windows, floors, etc.) Maintain grounds, including trash pickup, shoveling, sweeping, and landscaping Prepare vacant units for occupancy, including cleaning Install, repair, and maintain plumbing, HVAC fixtures; perform metal fabrication and welding Install and repair appliances such as washers, dryers, refrigerators, stoves, microwaves, and dishwashers Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues, replace parts, and test solutions Provide emergency repairs as needed Complete minor work orders (e.g., snake toilets, repair faucets, replace locks) Demonstrate courteous and efficient customer service Compensation depends on experience and may not be reflected in this posting Qualifications, Skills, Behaviors, Motivations, Education, Experience, Licenses & Certifications
