Responsibilities
Organize and supervise the work of the grounds staff on a daily basis.
Laying out grave sites and preparing them for burials.
Setting memorials and markers.
Perform lawn maintenance such as mowing, trimming, planting, and snow removal.
Collecting trash or other debris from the grounds.
Recruit and manage performance and, when necessary, discharge grounds staff.
Be able to fill any role required in the grounds keeping/facilities maintenance function.
Verify that the locations of all interments, entombments or inurnments are accurate.
Ensure sites are prepared for services as expected by client families.
Ensure all physical components of the memorialization process are in compliance with the client family wishes.
Train and supervise grounds crew.
Maintain existing memorials and crypts.
Requirements
Cuarto año de escuela superior.
Experiencia en funciones de Mantenimiento de áreas verdes (preferible).
Experiencia en utilización de equipo pesado.
Disponibilidad a trabajar fines de semana, días festivos y horarios flexibles.
Licencia de conducir de Puerto Rico vigente.
