The anticipated award date is in the first quarter of 2027. Job Description: Plans, coordinates, manages, and directs operational activities for all afloat and ashore Marine Corps Prepositioning Force (MCPF) functions. The role requires comprehensive knowledge of Marine Corps logistical functions, including equipment maintenance, supply chain management, and MCPF operations. Responsibilities include overseeing logistics support activities involving maintenance performance, cost and schedule controls, operations planning, performance monitoring, report writing, program planning, MAGTF exercise support, and customer interface. Responsibilities: Coordinate, manage, and monitor the workings of various divisions and branches. Plan and execute the MPF Maintenance Cycle. Develop support plans for MPS afloat activities, including exercise downloads and backloads. Maintain effective relationships with Blount Island Command, serving as the primary interface between the customer and program operations. Formulate administrative and operational policies and procedures. Direct and coordinate activities across functional areas to optimize equipment, facilities, and personnel use. Identify requirements for financial, personnel, facilities, and services to support the MCPP program. Ensure support is provided at the right time and place by aligning requirements with program plans. Maintain compliance with MCPP ISO 9001 and 14001 policies and procedures. Enhance operational processes to meet organizational goals. Implement policies and procedures to maximize production efficiency. Monitor adherence to policies, regulations, and procedures. Ensure quality of MCPP materials and equipment production. Manage and improve the efficiency of support functions such as IT, HR, Maintenance, Safety, Environmental, Contracts, and Finance, facilitating coordination between them. Provide technical support as needed. Coordinate with the Program Manager and Senior Leadership Team. Assist in developing and implementing strategic operational plans. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: B.S. degree in logistics engineering, business, or related field; equivalent experience accepted. Ability to obtain and maintain Secret Security Clearance. US Citizen with an active US passport. Related military experience (MOS qualified): Marine Corps MOS 0402, 0411, 0430, 3002, 3010, 3043, 3510, or other military service equivalent. Ten years of progressive experience in logistics support, including at least eight years in management involving cost/schedule controls, performance monitoring, report writing, program planning, and customer interface. Understanding of Environmental and Safety Programs. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with MPF and USMC Ground Equipment Maintenance. Knowledge of GCSS-MC. Familiarity with QMSS, LOGMARS, MS-Project, and MCPIC. Primary Location
