The customer service role involves demand planning, order management, customer-facing interactions, geographical interface management, and addressing diverse customer needs and operational challenges. It requires analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with a customer-centric mindset to deliver exceptional service, drive customer satisfaction, and foster loyalty in ASEAN, with an annual revenue of approximately $180 million. Job Responsibilities

Customers Management Handle incoming calls and emails from assigned accounts regarding sales inquiries, order status, lead times, incoterms, and stock availability. Proactively communicate with customers to ensure understanding and resolve order-related issues. Analyze Demand Forecast/ Revenue & Inventory Control Analyze demand forecasts for assigned accounts, review and control inventory to meet business targets. Conduct demand planning, upload forecasts, manage replenishment orders, and billing for consignment customers. Generate forecast and LE reports for Monthly Sales Revenue. Review actual demand against forecasts to prevent excess inventory or stockouts. Customer Documentation & File Management File all sales transactions and related documents, including purchase orders, shipping documents, and customer inquiries. Shipment Management Prepare and process shipments per customer requests. Coordinate with Planning/Logistics to ensure on-time delivery. Oversee drop-shipment orders and follow up on shipment status. Handle credit releases and coordinate with Account Managers and customers on shipment holds. Payment Management Follow up on disputes and invoice discrepancies, issue credit/debit notes as needed. Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field. 5-10 years experience in customer service, procurement, or production planning; proficient in English. Proficient in Microsoft Windows software. Self-initiative, perseverance, people-oriented, able to travel locally and abroad for short assignments. Core Competencies
