Overview
RN (Days) - 8E Med/Surg - Up to $20,000 Bonus at Oklahoma State University Medical Center. The RN is accountable for assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting care in accordance with OSUMC standards to deliver efficient, effective, and quality patient care. The RN must demonstrate knowledge and skills to provide care appropriate to the age of patients served on the assigned unit, assess data reflective of the patient’s status, and identify age-specific needs. The RN plans for patient care, including development, modification, and implementation of the plan of care in accordance with OSUMC standards, to deliver quality patient care as described in Patient Care policies and procedures. The RN adheres to the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act rules and regulations. Responsibilities
Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document care activities in accordance with OSUMC standards to deliver efficient, effective, and quality patient care. Provide care appropriate to the age of patients served on the unit; assess data reflective of patient status and interpret information to identify patient requirements related to age-specific needs. Plan for the provision of patient care, including development, modification, and implementation of the plan of care in accordance with OSUMC standards. Adhere to and abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act. Qualifications
Education: 2/Year Associate Degree License/Certification: Current OK RN, BLS, ACLS Experience: 1-3 years Employment details
