Hand & Physical Therapy of Wyoming (H&PTW) has an opportunity for a full-time or part-time staff physical therapist to join our team in Buffalo and Sheridan, Wyoming (20–40-hour work week preferable, with opportunity for overtime and/or consideration for PRN work). The ideal candidate will be interested in growing professionally and developing community and professional alliances. Mentoring and team collaboration are emphasized as we help each therapist provide high quality, patient-centered care. Job duties include evaluation/re-evaluation, developing an appropriate plan of care, and providing evidence-based treatment methods to assist patients in returning to prior levels of function. The physical therapist is required to maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation and billing. Comprehensive knowledge of the structure and function of the musculoskeletal system, along with experience in various post-operative protocols and wound care, is preferred. We encourage and financially support specialty certifications and fellowship training. This is an excellent opportunity to work with highly skilled therapists in a dynamic and refreshing environment, with 1:1 care provided to our patients on a 40–60-minute schedule. Proven work or clinical experience as a physical therapist Intensive education and clinical expertise Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities Current knowledge of treatment practices Drive to continually learn and grow Professional behavior Excellent interpersonal communication skills Valid license to practice physical therapy (willing to work with limited license until full licensure comes through) Graduate degree or greater in physical therapy Additional Information
