Schedule:
12-hour shifts including every other weekend (Day Shift)
Previous Hospice Experience STRONGLY preferred

Your Responsibilities
Triage after-hours calls
from patients/families; determine care needs and delegate appropriately
Assess physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs and involve interdisciplinary team as needed
Coordinate care
with physicians, interdisciplinary team, and external agencies
Perform
clinical pronouncements of death
and provide compassionate family support
Maintain
accurate clinical records , care plans, and documentation
What You’ll Need
Graduate of an
accredited RN program
Current RN license
in the state of practice
2+ years of nursing experience
(varied experience preferred)
Strong
clinical judgment and nursing skills
Ability to
cope with emotional family situations
and respect diverse lifestyles
Current CPR certification
Valid driver’s license
and
proof of auto insurance
