RWJBarnabas Health Jersey City Medical Center is seeking a Director of Labor & Delivery. RWJBarnabas Health, the largest integrated healthcare system in New Jersey, is seeking a Director of Labor & Delivery at Jersey City Medical Center, located in Jersey City, NJ. The Labor and Delivery Unit at Jersey City Medical Center averages 2,200 deliveries per year with a team of obstetricians, maternal fetal medicine specialists, midwives, and a dedicated nursing staff specifically trained in obstetrical care. This is a great opportunity for an experienced physician to have a desirable work/life balance as this role is Monday–Friday with no required nighttime or weekend shifts. This position requires administrative oversight of the labor and delivery unit with the goal to achieve a best in class standard of care model to assure quality outcomes to the community we serve. Rutgers academic appointment at New Jersey Medical School subject to level of academic experience.

Compensation The anticipated salary range for this position if hired to work is $260,000 to $485,000 per year. Compensation offered will depend on education, skills, and experience.
