Overview
Physical therapist owned outpatient clinic looking for an experienced Physical Therapist. Candidate needs to have a strong manual therapy background and be able to treat a patient from an evidence based approach. We are looking for a Certified Lymphedema therapist who wants to treat about 50% of their caseload orthopedics and 50% of their caseload Lymphedema. Responsibilities
Provide patient care with a strong manual therapy background and evidence-based approach. Treat approximately 50% Orthopedics and 50% Lymphedema caseload. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team and contribute to a cohesive clinic environment. Work toward subspecialization in areas such as pelvic health, vestibular, lymphedema, post-oncological care, Headache and TMD. Qualifications
Physical Therapist license in good standing. At least 1 year experience in Lymphedema/Post-mastectomy care. Willingness to treat Orthopedic caseload as well. Certified Lymphedema Therapist required; advanced manual training or other continuing education recommended. About Cornerstone Physical Therapy
Cornerstone Physical Therapy has 10 PTs and 2 OT’s with varied amounts of experience. We provide varied experiences to aid in promoting a more cohesive environment and to improve the skills of all the therapists in the company. Our continuing education benefit starts on the employees’ first day of work and receives up to 3 days off (paid) to attend coursework. Our management team works with each therapist to help guide and improve their skillset. We have multiple subspecialities including pelvic health, vestibular, lymphedema, post-oncological care, Headache and TMD. Therapists are given the opportunity to subspecialize and will work with other therapists of the same subspecialty to refine skill sets. Compensation and Benefits
Competitive salary and bonus structure that is profit sharing focused. Sign on bonus is available with a guaranteed time commitment. Benefits include Health Insurance coverage (after 60 days), 401K contributions (after 6 months) with a 4% company match, competitive PTO (starting at 3 months of service), sick days and Continuing education days. Continuing education is valued, with each full-time therapist allocated $2500/year to attend courses to grow and learn within the field. Flexible schedules and attainable productivity standards. Patients are scheduled every 45 minutes for orthopedics and every hour for Lymphedema and Pelvic health. Location and Schedule
