We are seeking a dedicated Travel Speech Language Pathologist to serve a diverse patient population in Charleston, WV. In this role you will provide comprehensive communication and swallowing therapy services while traveling with support from Counterforce Health.
Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders.
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records.
Provide education to patients and families on therapy goals and communication strategies.
