Job Summary
The EMT‑Paramedic will provide assessment and basic management of medical, trauma, and environmental emergencies under the supervision of the staff nurse and/or physician. The role supports patient care within the scope of practice and the direct supervision of the ER Registered Nurse.
Responsibilities The EMT‑Paramedic is responsible for the assessment and basic management of medical, trauma and environmental emergencies under the supervision of the staff nurse and / or physician. Assists with patient care based on individual patient needs within the scope of practice under the direct supervision of the ER Registered Nurse.
Qualifications
Basic EMT‑P Registry
E.R. experience preferred
Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current
CPI within 6 months of hire and maintain current annually
ACLS certification upon hire and maintain current
PALS certification upon hire and maintain current

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $21.00 to $30.41 per hour. The exact starting compensation will be determined at the time of selection based on skillset, experience, education, credentials and licensure.
